NCAA Hockey Tournament 2012, Cornell Vs. Ferris: Game Time, TV Schedule And More

The Cornell Big Red resume play in the 2012 NCAA Hockey Tournament on Saturday night during a second-round quarterfinal matchup against the Ferris State Bulldogs.

Cornell upset Michigan 3-2 in the opening round Friday to advance to the regional finals. The Bulldogs lost a late 2-1 lead in the third period, but Rodger Craig responded three minutes and 35 seconds into overtime with the game-winning tally. John McCaron and Joakim Ryan scored Cornell's other two goals.

Ferris State advanced to the regional finals for just the second time in the school's history by defeating Denver 2-1 on Friday. The Bulldogs opened a 2-0 advantage on Simon Dennis' first collegiate goal early in the third period and held on as Taylor Nelson managed 25 saves for the win.
