Bracketology 2012: Seton Hall Sweating Out Selection Sunday On NCAA Tournament Bubble

The day of Seton Hall's judgement has arrived.

The Pirates will sweat out NCAA Tournament Selection Sunday after concluding their season directly on top of the bubble. At 20-12, the Pirates did enough to be considered for the tournament, but not enough to be noted as a definite participant.

In SB Nation's latest edition of Bracketology, the Pirates are predicted to get a berth as one of the last four teams into the field. ESPN's Joe Lunardi also projects that Seton Hall will be dancing, naming the Pirates one of his final four teams as well entering the final day of conference tournaments.

Seton Hall's resume is boosted by seven victories against the RPI top 100, including wins against Georgetown, Connecticut, West Virginia, Virginia Commonwealth, St. Joseph and Dayton. But the Pirates faltered down the stretch, dropping seven of their last 12 outings, including bad losses against Rutgers and DePaul.
