Jason Pierre-Paul Backs Out Of TNA Wrestling Match

New York Giants' Jason Pierre-Paul decided it probably wasn't a good idea to become a pro wrestler, even if it was just one day. According to FoxSports.com's Alex Marvez, the Giants defensive end has decided against participating in a TNA Wrestling match with Kurt Angle.

"He declined because he is exhausted," Bailey told FOXSports.com in a text message.

According to the report, Pierre-Paul was suppose to do a similar skit as New York Jets linebacker Bart Scott did last year with Angle, however, Pierre-Paul, who just played in Super Bowl 46 a week ago, decided not to.

Reports Saturday from FoxSports.com, said that Pierre-Paul was going to do the skit but he had never signed off on the deal.

Pierre-Paul tallied 16.5 sacks during the regular season and played a key role in the Giants 21-17 victory over the New England Patriots in last Sunday's Super Bowl.
