NBA scores: Knicks extend winning streak to 4 games over weekend

A look back on the New York Knicks performance this weekend, where the team extended its winning streak to four games.

The New York Knicks extended their winning streak to four games this weekend with a victory over the Cleveland Cavaliers on Saturday night by a final score of 103-102.

Despite the absence of Carmelo Anthony (who did not dress for the game due to a sprained ankle), the Knicks still managed to hold off the Cavaliers and improve their record to 18-5 on the year.

Guard Raymond Felton registered a team-high 25 points, in addition to seven assists and five defensive rebounds in 38:22 of playing time. Tyson Chandler contributed 23 points and a game-high 10 rebounds (five offensive and five defensive) in 33:32 played. Jason Kidd registered a game-high eight assists and added nine points.

Over the course of their four-game winning streak, the Knicks have managed to register at least 100 points in each game over that span. They now hold a five-game lead over the Brooklyn Nets for first place in the Atlantic Division and a two-game lead over the Miami Heat for the top spot in the Eastern Conference.

The Knicks will look to extend their streak to five games when they return to action on Monday night against the Houston Rockets.
