The Wagner Seahawks will take on the Eastern Washington Eagles in Cheney, Washington in the second round of the FCS playoffs. Wagner will enter the game with a lot of momentum. After starting their season 0-3, the Seahawks have won nine games in a row, including a first-round matchup against Colgate. Eastern Wash. is coming off a first-round bye. This game will be a clash of great offense against great defense. Eastern Washington scored 31.8 points per game, while Wagner held opponents to an average of just 16.6 points.

Also representing New York, the Stony Brook Seawolves will visit the Montana St. Bobcats. Stony Brook demolished most of its opponents this season thanks to strong play on both sides of the ball. The Seawolves outscored opponents by more than 20 points per game. Still, Montana St. will have home-field advantage. The only game the Bobcats (10-1) lost all season was a three-point defeat at the hands of Eastern Washington.
