It won't match the intensity of his return to Madison Square Garden, but Jeremy Lin faces the team that helped make him famous when the Houston Rockets welcome the New York Knicks to town Friday night. The Knicks head in to Friday's game looking to rebound from just their second loss of the season Wednesday when they fell to the Dallas Mavericks 114-111. Tip-off for Knicks-Rockets is set for 8 p.m. ET.
The other big match up Friday night features two of the best point guards squaring off as Chris Paul and the Clippers take on Deron Williams and the Brooklyn Nets. The Nets return home after a three game California road trip where they went 1-2, including a loss Wednesday night to the Golden State Warriors. Tip off from the Barclay's Center is set for 7:30 p.m. ET.
Both teams have Saturday off before each hosts a Sunday afternoon game in Gotham. The Knicks return home to play host to the Philadelphia 76ers at 1 p.m. ET while the Nets welcome the Portland Trailblazers to Barclay's Center for a 3 p.m. ET tip-off.
