Just when I think a comeback is in order for my 2012-13 season, things take a turn for the worst. And this week, I am blaming the New York Giants and Jets.
Last week, I picked the Giants to win big over the Cincinnati Bengals, however, Big Blue laid the biggest egg of the season getting throttled 31-13. Meanwhile, the Jets are just terrible -- they couldn't get out of their own way in a 28-7 loss to the Seattle Seahawks.
Of course, there were other games: The Chicago Bears failed to defeat the Houston Texans AT HOME!; the last unbeaten team in the NFL, the Atlanta Falcons, were, well, defeated by the New Orleans Saints; and the Buffalo Bills covered their double-digit spread with the New England Patriots.
Really, I don't know what to do anymore. I just recommended looking through my picks and placing money on the opposite.
