The New York Jets trail the Seattle Seahawks 14-7 after the third quarter at CenturyLink Field on Sunday.
Neither team was able to muster much of a scoring threat on a drive in the third quarter, so the score going into the fourth is the same as the one going into the half. Through the first three quarters, the teams combined to punt 12 times while going a combined 6-of-21 on third downs. Neither team looked like it would crack the 200 total yard mark through the end of the third quarter until a late Russell Wilson scramble.
The Seahawks had the ball as the third quarter came to an end but were still on their half of the field. Seattle will be facing a first down and 10 at their own 47-yard line to start the fourth quarter. Wilson has 29 yards rushing on four carries and 133 yards and a touchdown on 9-of-16 passing through three quarters of play.
