On Sunday morning, the Oregon Ducks became the new No. 1 team in the AP Poll.

The Alabama Crimson Tide couldn't keep their undefeated season alive, losing 29-24 on Saturday to the Texas A&M Aggies to drop from the top spot. Meanwhile, Oregon hammered the California Golden Bears to move into the vacated slot.

Kansas State is also in pole position for the national championship game, ranked second. The Notre Dame Fighting Irish need help at the No. 3 spot, with Alabama and the Georgia Bulldogs rounding out the top five.
