Giants vs. Cowboys: Antrel Rolle says 'We owe those guys'

Antrel Rolle expressed the New York Giants desire to get revenge against the Dallas Cowboys.

New York Giants safety Antrel Rolle stated in a radio interview with Evan Roberts and Joe Benigno on Tuesday that the team will look to revenge their Week 1 loss against the Dallas Cowboys this Sunday.

In the opening game of the regular season, the Cowboys defeated the Giants by a final score of 24-17, which effectively ruined the coronation celebrating the team's Super Bowl championship the previous year. For that, Rolle stated that the Giants owed the Cowboys by playing a hard game more accustomed to what he described as "Giants football."

After defeating the Washington Redskins in come-from-behind fashion this past Sunday thanks to a 70-yard touchdown connection between Eli Manning and Victor Cruz, the reigning champs will be looking to improve their division record to .500.

After recording victories in three consecutive games, a victory against Dallas would continue an impressive string of games from the Giants, in addition to gaining revenge for opening night, via SportRadioInterviews.com:

"[...] we didn't like going out there and losing that (season opener) ... They came out here and they whooped our butts fair and square. They were definitely the better team that night, and we'll show them who the better team is come Sunday night."
