The latest edition of the BlogPoll is out and the Rutgers Scarlet Knights remain in 23rd position. Rutgers was idle last week after knocking off the Arkansas Razorbacks in Fayetteville the week before. The Razorbacks continued their nightmare season getting blown out by Texas A&M, but that didn't change Rutgers standing in the BlogPoll.
Rutgers is the second highest ranked team in the Big East, behind only the Louisville Cardinals, who came in at No. 19. The Scarlet Knights host the Connecticut Huskies this week and won't face a team that received any votes in the BlogPoll until they play Cincinnati on Nov. 17.
The Alabama Crimson Tide remained the top team in the BlogPoll, as the top seven teams remain unchanged. Only two teams moved up in the top 10, as West Virginia and Texas rose two spots each, to eighth and tenth respectively. Those two schools will face off on Saturday. Stanford was the big loser of the week, falling ten spots down to No. 18 after losing to Washington.
