Seton Hall Vs. South Florida: Pirates Fall To Bulls 56-55

The Seton Hall Pirates lost, 56-55, on the road to the South Florida Bulls in Tampa Bay Times Forum. By losing to the Bulls, the No. 24 Pirates snapped a four-game winning streak and now have a 15-3 record and are 4-2 in the Big East. The Bulls are now 10-8 with a 3-2 Big East record.

Seton Hall was led by Jordan Theodore who scored 16 points against the Bulls. Only two other players from the starting lineup added points. They were Aaron Cosby, who scored five, and Fuquan Edwin, who added four. Haralds Karlis came off the bench and scored 12 points while Herb Pope added 10 and Patrick Auda added eight. The Bulls were led by Ron Anderson Jr., who scored 14 points. Victor Rudd added nine points while Jawanza Poland and Toarlyn Fitzpatrick both added six. Augustus Gilchrist, Anthony Collins and Hugh Robertson came off the bench to combine for 21 points.

With the loss, Seton Hall sits in fourth place in the Big East while South Florida is in eighth place with the win. The Pirates are set to take on the Villanova Wildcats on the road on January 18 while the Bulls are scheduled to host the St. John's Red Storm on the same day.
