Here is a look at the Week 4 'Start 'em/Sit 'Em' Fantasy Football advice for those of you who have members of the New York Giants on your rosters. As always, we use numberFire projections to help with our analysis.

START

Eli Manning (QB)
numberFire Projection: 19.70 completions, 234.39 yards, 1.68 TDs, 0.76 INTs, 15.77 Fantasy Points

Analysis: Manning has been on fire over his last six quarters of play, going 32-of-45 for for 435 yards, five touchdowns and no interceptions. That is a passer rating of 148.3. He seems to be gaining confidence in guys like Victor Cruz, Brandon Stokley and Jake Ballard.

Ahmad Bradshaw (RB)
numberFire Projection: 18.65 carries, 81.95 yards, 0.48 TDs, 3.22 receptions, 23.97 yards, 0.06 TDs, 13.84 Fantasy Points

Analysis: Bradshaw has been getting about two thirds of the work in the Giants' backfield. He has not yet put up big numbers, but he is an explosive player. The Giants are utilizing him more and more as a pass receiver.

Brandon Jacobs (RB)
numberFire Projection: 11.36 carries, 47.77 yards, 0.17 TDs, 1.31 receptions, 11.86 yards, 0.02 TDs, 7.09 Fantasy Points

Analysis: Normally, I would tell you to sit Jacobs. He is not seeing the ball as often as Bradshaw and is clearly the No. 2 back. If you have an extra running back spot, though, he might be worth a shot. The Giants face Arizona, which does not defend the run incredibly well, and this could be the week the Giants finally put together a big performance running the ball.

Hakeem Nicks (WR)
numberFire Projection: 5.00 receptions, 72.63 yards, 0.60 TDs, 11.01 Fantasy Points

Analysis: If you have Nicks on your roster and you aren't playing him that is a mistake. He leads the Giants in receptions, and he is always a threat to break a run once he has the ball.

Mario Manningham (WR)
numberFire Projection: 3.99 receptions, 63.21 yards, 0.54 yards, 9.69 Fantasy Points

Analysis: If Manningham is completely healthy he is a good play. Watch his health this week, though. After missing Week 3 with a concussion he has been cleared to practice on a limited basis, but watch the reports on his health as the game approaches.

Lawrence Tynes (K)
numberFire Projection: 1.53 field goals, 3.05 exxtra points, 8.24 Fantasy Points

Analysis: The Giants are favored going into this week's game against Arizona, and the Cardinals have struggled defensively thus far. Tynes could have a breakout game.

Giants Defense
numberFire Projection: 22.56 points allowed, 2,80 sacks, 2.00 turnovers, 0.25 TDs, 8.29 Fantasy Points

Analysis: The Cardinals have Larry Fitzgerald, but struggled against Seattle, scoring just 10 points. The New York pass rush could be a problem for Arizona.

SIT

Travis Beckum (TE)
numberFire Projection: 1.80 receptions, 18.79 yards, 0.26 TDs, 3.43 Fantasy Points

Analysis: If The Giants get this much production from Beckum you might see Tom Coughlin do a dance on the sidelines. It isn't likely to happen.
