The New York Giants have been established as 4.5-point favorites for their upcoming Week 2 Monday Night Football matchup against the St. Louis Rams. The game at MetLife Stadium will mark the Giants' home opener.
Both teams enter the game 0-1. The Giants lost to the Washington Redskins, 28-14, while the Rams were beaten by the Philadelphia Eagles, 31-13.
Injuries have struck both teams hard so far this season. The Giants have a laundry list of injuries, as any Giants' fan knows. The team may actually get some good news Monday. Defensive end Justin Tuck, who missed the season opener with a neck injury, expects to play Monday. So does wide receiver Hakeem Nicks, who suffered a bone bruise on his knee against the Redskins.
The Redskins will be without star running back Steve Jackson (quad). Quarterback Sam Bradford will play despite suffering a finger injury against the Eagles.
