Good news for the New York Red Bulls and their fans. One week after fielding a lineup against the Columbus Crew that was missing six starters, New York will be at nearly full strength this evening when it hosts the Houston Dynamo (7:30 p.m., MSG2) at Red Bull Arena.
Striker Thierry Henry, who sat out last week with a hamstring injury, will be back in the lineup tonight for the Red Bulls. The players who were away on international duty last week will also be available against Houston. Goalkeeper Bouna Coundoul will start in net and Juan Agudelo, Tim Ream, Dane Richards and Rafa Marquez will also be in uniform this evening.
The Red Bulls will also be bolstered by the acquisition Friday of Dwayne De Rosario via trade from Toronto FC. New York obtained the five-time MLS Best XI midfielder and four-time MLS Cup winner in exchange for Tony Tchani, midfielder/defender Danleigh Borman and New York's natural first round 2012 MLS SuperDraft selection.
The only Red Bull who will be unavailable is goalkeeper Greg Sutton, who suffered a concussion subbing for Coundoul in the season opener against Seattle.
Houston is 0-1-1 (one point) in its first two games. The Red Bulls are 1-0-1 (four points) on the young season.
