Giants, Jets Name Alfred E. Kelly CEO Of 2014 Super Bowl Host Committee

Alfred E. Kelly Jr. has been named chief executive officer of the New York/New Jersey 2014 Super Bowl Host Committee. The announcement was made today by co-chairman Jonathan Tisch and Woody Johnson. Tisch is treasurer of the New York Giants and Johnson is owner of the New York Jets.

Kelly, 52, is former president of the American Express Company. He will oversee the preparations for the first open-air, cold-weather Super Bowl, to be played at the New Meadowlands Stadium in February 2014.
