No. 1 Alabama hosts No. 4 New Mexico (9 p.m. on ESPN), then No. 2 Washington St. hosts No. 3 Oklahoma St. (11:30 p.m. on ESPN2).
In second-round games played thus far, No. 4 Northwestern advanced by routing top-seeded Boston College, 85-67; No. 1 Colorado defeated California, 89-72; No. 6 College of Charleston defeated No. 2 Cleveland State, 64-56; No. 7 Kent State beat No. 6 Fairfield, 72-68; No. 4 Wichita State shocking No. 1 Virginia Tech, 79-76.
