The Green Bay Packers are enjoying the spoils of being champions of Super Bowl XLV. In case you have been living under a rock, or someplace without television or Internet, the Packers earned the title Sunday with a 31-25 victory over the Pittsburgh Steelers.
↵So, about those spoils.
↵- ↵
- The Packers held a celebration at Lambeau Field with 56,000 fans in attendance. Not exactly a New York Giants-style parade down the Canyon of Heroes with hundred of thousands, if not a couple million people, lining the streets, but pretty cool. And probably pretty appropriate for Green Bay. ↵
- Some of the Packers have accepted an invitation to attend tapings for WWW 'Smackdown.' ↵
- SB Nation's Packers website, Acme Packing Company, is also still celebrating. ↵
- Quarterback Aaron Rodgers, the Super Bowl MVP, is -- of course -- in Disney World. Rodgers also put in an appearance on the David Letterman Show before heading off to see Mickey Mouse.
