Today is, of course, Super Bowl Sunday. That means the Super Bowl will likely dominate your day, and be the focal point of your sports-watching for the day. The actual game coverage itself begins at 6 p.m. ET on FOX, with Joe Buck and Troy Aikman in the booth.
There will, of course, be preview shows everywhere you turn throughout the day. If you want to skip those, thougjh, and just tune in for the game between the Green Bay Packers and Pittsburgh Steelers (gee, novel concept, caring about the game) you have plenty of choices to whet your sports-viewing appetite throughout the day.
College basketball fans can watch Rutgers as the Scarlet Knights travel to South Ben to face the Notre Dame Fighting Irish (Noon, MSG+).
In NBA action, both the New York Knicks and New Jersey Nets are also in action at noon. New Jersey hosts Indiana (YES) and the Knicks host the Philadelphia 76ers (MSG).
IN NHL action, the New Jersey Devils are in Montreal to face the Canadiens (3 p.m., MSG+).
