Morning Coffee! Let's Go Running Edition

Good morning, New York sports fans! If you are trying to drive in the city today, watch where you're going. There will be thousands of marathon runners in the streets.

That's because the 42nd running of the New York City Marathon is this morning. SB Nation New York has all your race info, including the road closures and TV schedule.

The marathon, though, is not the only sports action to discuss this morning.

COLLEGE FOOTBALL: Rutgers earned bowl eligibility Saturday night with a thrilling 20-17 victory over USF. Syracuse, on the other hand, lost to UConn, 28-21.

NFL: The New York Giants travel to Foxboro today to face the New England Patriots. The Jets are in Orchard Parkagainst the Buffalo Bills. 

MLB: SB Nation New York's Jimmy Hascup looks at the reports that the New York Mets are willing to trade third baseman David Wright this offseason.

NHL: All three regional squads were in action Saturday night, and all three were victorious. The New York Rangers defeated the Montreal Canadiens, the New Jersey Devils defeated the Winnipeg Jets, and the New York Islanders beat the Washington Capitals.
