New York Jets wide receiver Jeremy Kerley was looking like an NFL Week 11 fantasy football waiver wire option earlier this week, but has been ruled out for the team's Thursday night's game against the Broncos. Kerley suffered a knee injury against the New England Patriots last Sunday.
He had caught four passes in each of the last three Jets games, and amassed a season-high 79 receiving yards last Sunday against the Patriots in the Jets 37-16 loss. Kerley, who also returns punts for the Jets, has seen much more of the field since New York traded away Derrick Mason.
It is uncertain how long Kerley will be out with an injury so that's a situation to monitor.
