Be careful which New York Giants you put in your Fantasy Football lineup for Sunday. Wide receivers Hakeem Nicks (hamstring) and Mario Manningham (knee) are game-time decisions, so if you have other options you might be well advised to use them. Nicks might be more likely to play than Manningham, who showed up on the injury report for the first time this week on Saturday.

Looking for a last-minute replacement at receiver? Try Rames Barden, who made his season debut last week against the New England Patriots and caught two passes. If Nicks or Manningham does not play today there will be snaps -- and opportunities for Barden.

At running back, Brandon Jacobs will get the bulk of the work with Ahmad Bradshaw out again. Problem is that the Giants have struggled to run the ball and the 49ers have the league No.1 ranked defense against the rush. Might want to pass on him.
