Super Bowl Odds: Jets 18-1, Giants 20-1

Halfway through the 2011 NFL season, the oddsmakers from Bodog.com are giving the 6-2 New York Giants a better chance to win the 2012 Super Bowl than they had at the start of the season. Conversely, those oddsmakers don't like the 5-3 New York Jets' chances as much as they did a few weeks ago.

The Giants are currently given 20-1 odds of winning the 2012 Super Bowl after opening the season 28-1. The Jets opened the year with 12-1 odds, but are now at 18-1.

The defending champion Green Bay Packers, who are still undefeated this season, are 5-2 favorites to repeat as champions.

↵

The winless Indianapolis Colts have 1500-1 of becoming champions.

Green Bay quarterback Aaron Rodgers is an overwhelming 1-4 favorite to be the league's MVP. Eli Manning of the Giants is given 12-1 odds of earning the Most Valuable Player award.
