Philadelphia Flyers At New York Rangers: Rangers Need A Bounce Back Win

The New York Rangers have hit a rut. Despite a 1-0 win over the Vancouver Canucks earlier in the week, the Rangers sandwiched it between two debilitating losses to the Montreal Canadiens

The road doesn't get any easier for the Rangers, who will take on the Philadelphia Flyers tonight at Madison Square Garden.

The Rangers need a big win tonight to help them get back on the right track. Although they've lost two of their last three, they haven't played horrible hockey in those two losses. They've looked good in stints, and have gotten significant pressure of the Canadien defense, they just haven't been able to finish.

No word yet on who will get the starting nod, but I would put my money on Henrik Lundqvist. It's a huge game against a division rival, and the Rangers can use the points. That sounds like Lundqvist time to me, but I've been wrong before.

Ryan McDonagh will get another look, as he continues to impress the coaching staff. The same goes for Mats Zuccarello, who potted one of the Rangers two goals last night.

The Rangers have been good in the second games of back to backs, let's see if that continues.
