NBA Power Rankings, Week 11: Knicks In Top Half, Nets No. 25

The New York Knicks have climbed into the top half of the SB Nation NBA Power Rankings in the balloting for Week 11 of the NBA season.

The Knicks (21-15) rode a victory over the No. 2-ranked San Antonio Spurs last week to the 14th spot overall in this week's rankings, up from 16th a week ago. The Knicks lost to the defending champion Los Angeles Lakers Sunday night, and conclude a difficult four-game West Coast swing with games in Portland tonight and Utah on Wednesday.

The 10-27 New Jersey Nets also managed to climb in this week's poll, moving up one spot to No. 25. Sorry, but the whole Carmelo Anthony situation is far more compelling than anything the Nets could do on the court right now.

The top five teams in the SB Nation poll are:

  1. Miami (30-9)
  2. San Antonio (31-6)
  3. Boston (28-9)
  4. Dallas (26-10)
  5. Lakers (27-11)
