A big Sunday:

- Darrelle Revis signs with the Jets, finally. This was a weekend where stuff that had been bothering me all summer ended finally. A 4-year, $46 million deal, with $32 million guaranteed. Dear NFL, I hope you have a lockout soon. Anyway, this is all in good time for the Hard Knocks season finale this Wednesday! What convenience! Oh well. Gang Green Nation with more. ↵
- The Yankees dropped the final game of their weekend series with the Blue Jays, 7-3 at The Stadium in the Bronx. A-Rod came back to go 2-for-5 with an RBI, but it wasn't enough for the Bombers. Derek Jeter and Curtis Granderson combined to go 0-for-8. Phil Hughes didn't pitch badly, but got burned on a couple of bad pitches. Pinstripe Alley reports. ↵
- The Mets scored 18 runs. Oh, and they won too. Woo. ↵
