Morning Coffee! Yankees Back On Top

Good morning, New York sports. In case you missed it, all is right again in the baseball world as you start your day today.

That is because the New York Yankees won a thrilling, 8-7, extra-inning game from the Tampa Bay Rays Tuesday night to reclaim first place in the American League East. How about a 'Hip, Hip, Jorge' for Jorge Posada, who blasted a game-winning pinch-hit home run in the 10th inning? And a cheer for reserve outfielder Greg Golson, whose laser beam from right field cut down one of the game's fastest players, Carl Crawford, at third base to end the game. See Pinstripe Alley for more.
