It looked like bad news as soon as Bart Scott picked up a yellow rope and broke out into a mischievous grin. It was, for rookie cornerback Brian Jackson.
Apparently having violated the unofficial “rookies should be seen and not heard” clause, Jackson was mobbed by Scott, Kris Jenkins and Jason Taylor. His feet and hands were tied, and he was strapped to the goal post.
The vets slathered him in heat balm, then doused him with orange Gatorade.
Ah, the maturity level of professional athletes. Gotta love it.
