Amare Stoudemire is a New York Knick

He won't sign his five-year, $96 million contract until Thursday, but it's as official as official can get. Amare Stoudemire will sign with the New York Knicks.

He held a press conference at Madison Square Garden this afternoon, boldly proclaiming that "The Knicks are back".

Now that that's all but done with, the Knicks will look to move on other players. Stoudemire claims he'll be the pipeline to bringing other big-name players such as Carmelo Anthony and Tony Parker, and of course, LeBron James is still technically on the table.
