Baltimore, MD (Sports Network) – Robinson Cano had three hits, scored a run and knocked in a run to support a solid seven innings from CC Sabathia, as both pitcher and the Yankees continued their domination over Baltimore with a 4-2 victory in the middle of a three-game set at Camden Yards.

Sabathia (6-3) allowed both runs on nine hits, while walking three and striking out eight to beat the Birds for the fourth time this season and improve to 13-1 in 18 career starts against them. Joba Chamberlain worked the eighth inning and turned the game over to Mariano Rivera, who nailed down his 14th save with a perfect ninth inning.

Jorge Posada, Curtis Granderson and Francisco Cervelli also drove in a run for the Yankees, who have won 10 straight over Baltimore and 30 of the last 36 since July 30, 2008.

Chris Tillman (0-2) took the hard luck loss after yielding three runs, only one earned, on seven hits over six innings as the Orioles committed a season- high three errors behind him. He walked three and struck out one in his third start of the year for Baltimore, which has lost 12 of its last 13 games.
