As many of you probably know the NHL draft starts this weekend. Round One will occur June 25th, and the following rounds will be completed on June 26th.
On the 25th the picks go as follows:
- New York Islanders: 5th
- New York Rangers: 10th
- New Jersey Devils: Traded their first round pick to the Atlanta Thrashers in exchange for Ilya Kovalchuk.
