↵↵↵The Nets' new owner and new coach took their baseline seats in Boston Sunday just before tip-off of Game 5 of the Finals between the Celtics and the Lakers. They walked in like rock stars at 7:59 p.m., and by 8 o'clock sharp they were surrounded by photographers. Everyone seemed to recognize them - fans, security officials and former NBA player Rick Fox all offered greetings. Just before the game started, ABC had a closeup shot of the two on its screen, zipped out around the world.

And SB Nation's Nets Daily tells us that Nets' season tickets for 2010-2011 are among the hottest in the NBA right now.
↵Who knows what the future holds for the Nets. It seems, though, that there might be a little George Steinbrenner showmanship in their new billionaire owner.
