When our good friends at SBNation.com and other places around the Inter-Google come out with the Week 15 NFL Power Rankings on Tuesday there is really one simple thing to look for. How far will the stumbling New York Jets fall?
Per SB Nation, the Jets dropped from No. 3 to No. 9 a week ago after being blown out by New England, 45-3. You would have to believe it will be a stunner if the Jets, now 9-4, do not fall all the way out of the top 10 this time around. Seriously, after watching them score nine points in two weeks how can voters not push them down the line a few spots?
The Jets could get themselves going in the right direction again, but with road games coming up the next two weeks against Pittsburgh and Chicago that won't be easy.
As for the New York Giants, they were No. 10 in SB Nation voting a week ago. They play tonight in a postponed, then moved game against the Minnesota Vikings. The teams are playing in Detroit tonight, and Giants fans have to hope their team enjoys the trip more than the Vikings do.
