Santonio Holmes is back with the New York Jets, and David Clowney and Pat Turner are both gone, according to NJ.com.
Santonio Holmes has served his four-game suspension, for violating the league's substance abuse policy, and is eligible to rejoin the Jets this morning.
To make space, the Jets have cut receivers David Clowney and Pat Turner, according to a person with direct knowledge of the transaction. The second open roster spot has been filled by Howard Green -- who was signed by the Jets after Kris Jenkins' season-ending injury and was released Thursday to make space for Trevor Pryce.
