Syracuse's run has come to an end, as the Orange fell 77-70 on Saturday night in the final of the Eastern Regional to Ohio State.

In a tight game filled with early second half foul trouble for each side, the Orange were ultimately unable to come up with an answer for Jared Sullinger, who led the Buckeyes with 19 points to go along with seven rebounds.

Scoop Jardine was amongst three Orange starters to score in double figures, and he finished his Syracuse career with a 14 point and six assist outing. Sophomore Dion Waiters was held to just nine points on 2-8 shooting.

Syracuse finishes its season at 34-3, after winning the Big East regular season title with a 17-1 conference record.

Ohio State advances to the Final Four, to be played next weekend in New Orleans.
