Stay connected for news and updates

The Syracuse Orange – still in search of  their sixth win of the season for bowl eligibility – trail the Cincinnati Bearcats 10-6 at halftime Saturday at the Carrier Dome. The Orange held a 3-0 lead after one and kicked a second field goal with five and change remaining in the half to take a 6-3 lead. Immediately following 'Cuse's second field goal of the day, Cincy quarterback Munchie Legaux led a 71-yard touchdown drive in three minutes to take a 10-6 lead with two minutes remaining. The score remains the same as the teams head into the locker room, the Orange down four.

It's been a penalty-filled first half. The Bearcats have seven for 55 yards and the Orange have four for 34 yards. Both teams have had the ball for a relatively equal amount of time thus far. Cincy has out-gained 'Cuse 203 to 155.

The second half of the game can be seen on ESPN3. Cincinnati will receive the ball to start the third quarter.
