NFL Draft 2012, Mohamed Sanu: Rutgers WR Slotted In Third Round

Stay connected for news and updates

Rutgers wide receiver Mohamed Sanu began the draft process as a borderline-first round selection, but has fallen into the second or third round in most recent 2012 NFL Mock Drafts.

Sanu's stock began dropping when he ran the 40-yard dash in 4.67 seconds at the NFL Combine . Though he ran in the 4.4s during the Rutgers NFL Pro Day, he still hasn't managed to climb back into the top round.

In Drafttek's latest 2012 NFL Mock Draft, Sanu is projected to be selected in the third round with the No. 72 overall pick by the Miami Dolphins. At that stage of the draft Sanu could become a steal as a big wide receiver who has shown the ability to provide a deep threat.
