Myles Mack poured in 16 points off the bench to pace the Scarlet Knights Wednesday, but leading scorer Eli Carter mustered just nine points and Rutgers could not overcome a 14-point halftime deficit.
Louisville has bounced back from a troublesome midseason stretch to win its last three games, the most recent coming against Seton Hall last Saturday. Russ Smith scored 14 points and the Cardinals built a 17-point lead before holding off a late Seton Hall charge to seal the 60-51 victory.
