Eric LeGrand To Lead Rutgers Onto Field Vs. West Virginia

Good Eric LeGrand news is great news, and this is the best kind of news. So good, in fact, I'll just let the Rutgers football player tell it himself.

Eric LeGrand

Expect this to be an emotional moment  to open the Scarlet Knights game against Big East power West Virginia. LeGrand is one of the most inspirational stories in college football, having spent the last year rehabbing after he was briefly paralyzed during a game in 2010.

Star-divide

Rutgers is second in the Big East with a 2-1 conference record (5-2 overall). West Virginia enters the game at 5-2, but is ranked 25th in the nation.

The former offensive lineman has served as an analyst for Rutgers, as well as SNY and CBS. On Saturday, he'll be part of the ABC broadcast of the game.
