The New York Yankees have played very good baseball this far, posting a 13-9 record to sit fourth in the Cactus League standings.
The Yankees have looked pretty sharp throughout their time in Tampa and are feeling good after a 1-1 tie on Sunday with the Detroit Tigers. Michael Pineda was excellent, scattering five hits over five innings and only yielding one run to a powerful Tigers lineup.
With only one full week remaining in Spring Training, New York is ready to roll into the regular season.
