The New York Red Bulls will try and earn their fourth straight victory Sunday, as they visit the Philadelphia Union in a Eastern Conference MLS showdown at PPL Park (12:30 p.m. ET on ESPN2) in Chester, Pa. The nationally televised contest will be the first of three meetings between the two teams this season.
Currently, the Red Bulls (6-3-1) and the Union (2-5-1) sit in opposite ends of the Eastern Conference standings. New York is in second place just two points behind first-place Sporting Kansas City, while Philadelphia is in second-to-last place, seven points ahead of the winless Toronto FC.
During their latest string of victories, the Red Bulls have won by a score of 1-0. Meanwhile, the Union enter the game struggling with a home record of just 1-2-1.
