VIDEO: Brad Richards Ties Game 5 With 7 Seconds Left In Regulation

If the New York Rangers pull out the win over the Washington Capitals in Game 5 on Monday night, Brad Richards is all but guaranteed to earn top-star honors. With seven seconds to play in regulation, he made the play of the game when he stuffed the puck through the 5-hole of Braden Holtby to tie the two teams at two goals apiece and force overtime.

The Rangers have out shot the Capitals 36-18 on the night, but Holtby has been incredible in net. Henrik Lundqvist has had his moments as well, but he hasn't quite played at the same level as the youngster tonight much less this series. For now though it's anyone's game, with the next goal giving one lucky team a pivotal 3-2 lead in the series.
