The 59th edition of the NHL All-Star Game will be played Sunday in Ottawa, ON, as as Team (Zedeno) Chara will face Team (Daniel) Alfredsson (4 p.m. ET on NBC Sports Network). On Saturday night, New York Rangers rookie left-winder Carl Hagelin, who's participating in his first All-Star Game, won the fastest skater honor during the annual Skills Competition.

Hagelin narrowly defeated Ottawa's Colin Greening in the finals with a time of 13.218 seconds. Hagelin's final's time was just a bit slower than his best of 12.962, which came during the qualifying round.

If you missed Hagelin's finals run against Greening well, here's the video.

Despite winning the title, Hagelin said New York Rangers teammate Marian Gaborike is faster than him.

"There are guys out there faster than me. It depends, too, on how the race is laid out. I would pick Gabby [Marian Gaborik] before me."
