The Rangers haven't won a home game on their 2011 NHL schedule. The Sharks won their last five road games. Something's got to give!
The Sharks have ripped off five straight wins on a massive road trip that ends on Monday night at Madison Square Garden. Meanwhile, the Rangers have lost their first two games back at MSG since returning from a massive road trip of their own.
Last time out, the Rangers blew a 4-1 lead and fell in to the Senators in a shootout. The silver lining for the Rangers was that Brad Richards, their big offseason acquisition, found the net twice and added an assist after scoring just once in his first eight games.
