VIDEO: Stevie Johnson Mocks Plaxico Burress, But Jets Shoot Down Bills

Stay connected for news and updates

Buffalo Bills wide receiver Stevie Johnson celebrated a second-quarter touchdown catch against the New York Jets on Sunday by pretending to shoot himself in the leg during his touchdown dance, obviously mocking Jets wide receiver Plaxico Burress.

The Jets got the last laugh on Johnson and the Bills, though, in a 28-24 victory. Two of Buffalo quarterback Ryan Fitzpatrick's last three passes of the game were intended for Johnson, and both were incomplete in the Jets end zone.

The first one was a ball slightly behind a wide open Johnson. Prior to that, a wide-open Johnson had dropped a pass from Fitzpatrick that would have gone for a huge gain, and possibly a touchdown.

Johnson did catch eight passes for 75 yards and one touchdown, often defended by Darrelle Revis. The one he could not catch, though, ended up shooting down the Bills.
