The New England Patriots really did embarrass the Jets, 45-3, in a Monday Night Football showdown between the two teams who entered the game 9-2. Jets coach Rex Ryan called it "humiliating." On ESPN Radio this morning Merrill Hoge called the Jets "pretenders," since they have only one victory this season over a winning team. Until proven otherwise, you have to think Hoge is correct.
