Monday I wondered how far the New York Jets would fall in the Week 15 NFL Power Rankings. Now we know. Two straight losses, in which they have scored a total of nine points, and the Jets are out of the top 10 in the SB Nation NFL Power Rankings.
The Jets’ 10-6 loss to Miami has caused them to tumble to the No. 11 spot this week. They were No. 9 a week ago, and had been at No. 3 prior to a devastating 45-3 loss to New England.
Things do not get easier for the Jets the next two weeks as they are on the road against Pittsburgh (ranked No. 3) and Chicago (ranked No. 7). New England remains No. 1 this week, with the Atlanta Falcons at No. 2.
The New York Giants rose to No. 8 this week after Monday’s 21-3 victory over the Minnesota Vikings. The Giants were No. 10 a week ago. New York and Philadelphia (both 9-4) are tied for the NFC East lead, and the two teams meet Sunday at New Meadowlands Stadium in New Jersey.
