The Jets finally scored with Mark Sanchez under center, as Shonn Greene's 1-yard run gave the Jets their first ever second-half lead in Jacksonville.

The New York Jets finally got on the board on Sunday, taking a 10-3 lead over the Jacksonville Jaguars into the fourth quarter at EverBank Field in Jacksonville, Fla.

Jets running back Shonn Greene found the end zone at the 9:19 mark in the third quarter to put the Jets up, 7-3. It was the first time in 17 offensive possessions with Mark Sanchez under center that the Jets scored a touchdown. The score also resulted in the first lead that the Jets have ever held in the second half in Jacksonville.

Greene has rushed for 72 yards on 16 carries for the Jets, who were able to impose their will on the Jaguars in the running game during the third quarter on the way to taking a 7-point lead. The Jets got there by tacking on a 44-yard field goal from Nick Folk with less than three minutes left in the quarter.
