Tim Tebow - David Welker
Whether or not Tim Tebow will be active for the New York Jets on Sunday against the Jacksonville Jaguars will be a game-time decision, coach Rex Ryan said Friday.
"We’ll probably work him out before the game just to make sure he’s ready to go before we make that decision. We left him as questionable, and that’s basically all you can say. It’s a game time decision, I guess. I’ll make that decision then," Ryan said.
Tebow missed last week's game with fractured ribs, opening the door for Greg McElroy to be active. McElroy came off the bench to lead the Jets to a 7-6 victory over the Arizona Cardinals.
Ryan said that having all three quarterbacks active is "something you don't really want to do."
