The New York Jets lead the Indianapolis Colts, 28-6, after three quarters at MetLife Stadium
After taking a 21-6 lead to halftime, the Jets added another score in the third quarter on a 4-yard run by Shonn Greene. Greene's touchdown capped a seven-play, 91-yard drive that put New York ahead, 28-3, with less than two minutes left in the quarter.
Indianapolis led early after a 20-yard field goal by Adam Vinatieri in the first quarter, but New York rallied and scored 21 points in the second quarter. Vinatieri also hit a 50-yard field goal for the Colts in the second quarter.
Quarterback Mark Sanchez was 10-of-17 passing through three quarters, throwing for 71 yards and two touchdowns.
Jets' running back Greene carried 19 times for 109 yards and two touchdowns in the first three quarters. Joe McKnight also had 71 yards for the Jets on just three carries.
Indianapolis rookie quarterback Andrew Luck was 15-of-28 passing for 176 yards in the first three quarters. Luck was picked once, by Antonio Cromartie, leading to a Jets touchdown.
The Colts are 2-2 on the season, coming off a 30-27 win over the Green Bay Packers a week ago. The Jets are 2-3 thus far in 2012 after losing, 23-17, to the Houston Texans last week.

The New York Jets trailed early, but stormed back to take a 21-6 halftime lead over the Indianapolis Colts at MetLife Stadium. New York scored all 21 of its points in the second quarter.
Stephen Hill got the Jets' scoring started early in the second quarter when he caught a 5-yard touchdown pass from Mark Sanchez to put the Jets up, 7-3.
New York scored again after Antonio Cromartie intercepted Andrew luck.
A penalty took Cromartie's pick-six off the board, but the Jets still had the ball and eventually scored on a Shonn Greene 10-yard touchdown run. Greene carried 14 times for 91 yards in the first half.
Late in the first half, the Jets added a third touchdown on a 5-yard pass from Sanchez to Jason Hill, putting New York up, 21-6, just 31 seconds before halftime. The score was set up by a fake-punt pass completion from Tim Tebow to Nick Bellore.
Indianapolis scored on two field goals by Adam Vinatieri, one from 20 yards in the first quarter and one from 50 yards out in the second quarter.

The Indianapolis Colts lead the New York Jets, 3-0, after one quarter at MetLife Stadium. Adam Vinatieri hit a 20-yard field goal with 6:20 left in the quarter to put the Colts ahead, 3-0.
The Colts had the ball inside the Jets' 5-yard line, but rookie quarterback Andrew Luck overthrew his target in the end zone on third down and Indianapolis had to settle for the field goal.
New York will have the ball in Indianapolis territory to start the second quarter. The Jets got the offense going on their final drive of the quarter, going 60 yards on 11 plays to end the quarter with the ball in dangerous position.
Jets quarterback Mark Sanchez was just 2-for-4 passing in the first quarter for 18 yards. Running back Shonn Greene lead the Jets' rushing attack with seven carries for 43 yards.
For Indianapolis, Luck was 5-for-8 passing for 47 yards in the first quarter..
